If something is back-ordered, it can take weeks or even months to arrive. For that reason, we strongly advise that you make sure everything you need is available and, preferably, in possession before you begin demolition. Otherwise, you can wind up with a torn up and unusable bathroom space for quite some time.
2. **Research Function as Well as Style**. Sometimes, [that gorgeous shower or bath faucet](https://www.kitchensbathsunlimited.com/blog/bathroom-remodeling-chicago-choosing-fixtures) winds up putting out 60 psi (ideal is more like 75+). There you are in your masterpiece but you can't even rinse the shampoo from more than five hairs at a time. Woopsie.
