It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was a very large job that took almost 10 weeks to complete. Ron was great, completely responsive to every question, always with a “can do” attitude that was very much appreciated. He made us feel like we were the most important job. Equally important was that all the service providers that came in (electrician, plumber, painter, tile, etc) were professional, respectful, and excellent at their craft. The project came in on budget and on time, which is unusual for a project of this size. Any surprises that arose during the process were handled very quickly and again positively. Even now, after completion (and final payment), I have had a couple of questions/needs and Ron has had someone at my house the same or next day to check it out.
